“Face It, Take a Deep Breath, Straighten the Back” is a series of wearable interactive installations designed to help women recognize their inner power. Nowadays, women continue to face significant stress and stereotypes. As a designer, I explore how to empower women through physical computing and interactive experience.

“Face It, Take a Deep Breath, Straighten the Back” 是一些列可穿戴的交互装置， 意在如何通过互动体验，发掘女性内心力量。当今虽然女性地位逐渐提高，但仍然承受着社会赋予“女性角色”压力， 还有一些固有的偏见和负面言论，作为设计师，我希望思考如何通过互动体验去传达女性力量。
"Face it", 是基于Bare conductive创作的一款可交互装置，当用户捂住眼睛的时候，就会触碰导电墨水，触发程序，播放事先录好的关于女性偏见的噪音。当放下双手，“选择勇敢面对”时，噪音消失。
"Take a Deep Breath", 当用户深呼吸时，通过温湿度传感器触发连接Arduino的加热垫，从而使装置上用感温墨水写的Pessimist消失，显示出Optimist.
"Straighten the Back",当用户试着用双手触碰背后可穿戴装置的金属片时，胸前象征着复杂压力的图案会通过伺服电机的运动下落，这个过程中用户会下意识挺直后背。
